Swell Roofing was founded on a belief about what clients deserve

Fueled by a passion for doing right by every customer in the commercial and residential roofing industry, Asa Wolfe founded Swell Roofing Inc with one profound belief: that every client deserves not just a roof, but a reliable, long-lasting solution tailored to their unique needs.

That belief still runs the company. Swell Roofing prioritizes customer satisfaction, delivering reliable roofing solutions and building relationships that outlast the roofs we install.

“Our home insurance company required roof replacement, being over 20 years old. We got a few quotes, all estimates were close. Decided to hire Swell roofing based on previous reviews and craftsmanship shown in pics. Tore down the old roof and installed new one instead of the cheaper second layer over the old one. Throughout the project communicated with Asa, he was available all the time to give us updates and answer any questions. Everything happened as estimated, there was even a test rain right before final inspection. The insurance company lifted the non renewal. Pheww!”
