“Our home insurance company required roof replacement, being over 20 years old. We got a few quotes, all estimates were close. Decided to hire Swell roofing based on previous reviews and craftsmanship shown in pics. Tore down the old roof and installed new one instead of the cheaper second layer over the old one.
