We found Asa & Swell Roofing after browsing Nextdoor recommendations, and wow are we glad we did! Asa responded nearly immediately to our inquiry for a roof inspection and came out within the next 48 hours. He provided us a thorough inspection report and repair plan, including resealing a portion of the roof, patching other noticeable damage, and cleaning the entire roof. His team was efficient and respectful during the repair process. They showed up on time and kept in communication with us throughout the day. “Our home insurance company required roof replacement, being over 20 years old. We got a few quotes, all estimates were close. Decided to hire Swell roofing based on previous reviews and craftsmanship shown in pics. Tore down the old roof and installed new one instead of the cheaper second layer over the old one. Throughout the project communicated with Asa, he was available all the time to give us updates and answer any questions. Everything happened as estimated, there was even a test rain right before final inspection. The insurance company lifted the non renewal. Pheww!”
